Kann man die Kapsel auch öffnen?

Ja, das ist problemlos möglich. Sie können die Kapsel öffnen und den Inhalt zum Beispiel in Wasser, Saft oder einen Joghurt geben, wenn Ihnen das Schlucken unangenehm ist.

Hat Selen Nebenwirkungen?

Selen hat ein vergleichsweise enges Fenster zwischen Bedarf und Zuviel.
