Nattokinase ist eine Serinprotease, die bei der Fermentation von Sojabohnen mit Bacillus subtilis var. natto entsteht. Ihre Aktivität wird in Fibrinolytic Units (FU) angegeben. Unsere Kapsel liefert 2.000 FU.

Was bedeutet FU bei Nattokinase?

FU steht für Fibrinolytic Units und ist die Maßeinheit für die enzymatische Aktivität. Sie ist bei Enzymen aussagekräftiger als die Milligrammangabe, da zwei Präparate mit gleicher Milligrammzahl sehr unterschiedliche Aktivität haben können.

Warum ist die magensaftresistente Kapsel wichtig?

Nattokinase ist eine pH-empfindliche Serinprotease. Untersuchungen an fibrinolytischen Serinproteasen aus Bacillus subtilis zeigen ein Aktivitätsoptimum im alkalischen Bereich. Im sauren Magenmilieu würde das Enzym seine Aktivität verlieren.

Wann sollte man Nattokinase einnehmen?

Die Tagesdosis liegt bei 1 Kapsel mit ausreichend Wasser. Viele Anwender nehmen sie mit zeitlichem Abstand zu den Mahlzeiten ein.

Wie lange kann man Nattokinase einnehmen?

Der Jahresvorrat mit 365 Kapseln ist auf eine längerfristige, regelmäßige Anwendung ausgelegt und kann dauerhaft eingenommen werden.

Sind die Inhaltsstoffe natürlich?

Ja. Die Nattokinase entsteht bei der Fermentation von Sojabohnen mit Bacillus subtilis var. natto, genau wie beim traditionellen japanischen Nattō.

Kann man die Kapsel auch öffnen?

Hat Nattokinase Nebenwirkungen?

Bei Einnahme gerinnungshemmender Medikamente, vor Operationen sowie bei Blutgerinnungsstörungen ist vor der Anwendung zwingend ärztlicher Rat einzuholen. Das Produkt enthält Soja. Nicht anwenden während Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit. Wenn diese Punkte geklärt sind, ist Nattokinase im Normalfall sehr gut verträglich.
