Was ist Fulvinsäure?

Fulvinsäure ist keine einzelne Substanz, sondern die niedermolekulare, wasserlösliche Fraktion der Huminstoffe. Sie besteht aus aromatischen und aliphatischen Strukturen mit vielen Carboxyl- und Hydroxylgruppen. In Shilajit ist sie der analytische Leitwert.

Wie viel Shilajit am Tag ist sinnvoll?

Diese Variante liefert 2.000 mg Extrakt mit 1.000 mg Fulvinsäure in zwei Kapseln. Wer niedriger einsteigen möchte, findet bei uns auch die Variante mit 1.300 mg und 650 mg Fulvinsäure.

Warum ist die Schwermetallanalyse bei Shilajit so wichtig?

Shilajit ist ein Rohstoff geologischen Ursprungs und steht in direktem Kontakt mit dem umgebenden Gestein. Fulvinsäuren binden zudem Metallionen. Unaufgereinigtes Rohmaterial kann daher belastet sein - die Analytik ist hier das zentrale Sicherheitskriterium.

Spielt die Herkunft eine Rolle?

Ja. Eine Untersuchung von 19 Shilajit-Proben unterschiedlicher geografischer Herkunft ergab 2020 erhebliche Unterschiede in der molekularen Zusammensetzung. Herkunft und Aufreinigung bestimmen, was tatsächlich enthalten ist.

Wann sollte man Shilajit einnehmen?

Die Tagesdosis liegt bei 2 Kapseln zu einer Mahlzeit, idealerweise in der ersten Tageshälfte.

Wie lange kann man Shilajit einnehmen?

Üblich sind Anwendungsphasen von einigen Wochen bis wenigen Monaten; ebenso ist eine längerfristige, regelmäßige Anwendung möglich.

Sind die Inhaltsstoffe natürlich?

Ja. Shilajit ist eine natürliche Substanz aus den Hochgebirgen Zentralasiens. Wir reinigen sie und standardisieren sie auf den Fulvinsäuregehalt.

Kann man die Kapsel auch öffnen?

Ja, das ist problemlos möglich. Sie können die Kapsel öffnen und den Inhalt zum Beispiel in Wasser, Saft oder einen Joghurt geben, wenn Ihnen das Schlucken unangenehm ist.

Hat Shilajit Nebenwirkungen?
