Wie wirkt Brokkoli Extrakt?

Sulforaphan gehört zu den intensiv untersuchten sekundären Pflanzenstoffen. Es entsteht in der Pflanze erst bei Zellverletzung durch das Enzym Myrosinase aus seiner Vorstufe Glucoraphanin.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Glucoraphanin und Sulforaphan?

Glucoraphanin ist die inaktive Vorstufe, Sulforaphan die aktive Verbindung. Eine kontrollierte Humanstudie ergab 2018, dass ohne aktive Myrosinase nur 2 bis 15 % des aufgenommenen Glucoraphanins als Sulforaphan ausgeschieden wurden - die Umwandlung ist also individuell sehr unterschiedlich.

Welcher Brokkoli Extrakt ist der beste?

Achten Sie darauf, ob Sulforaphan selbst oder nur Glucoraphanin deklariert ist. Ein direkt sulforaphanhaltiger Extrakt ist unabhängig von der individuellen Umwandlungsrate. Wichtig ist zudem eine schonende Verarbeitung, da Sulforaphan hitzeempfindlich ist.

Wann sollte man Brokkoli Extrakt einnehmen?

Die empfohlene Tagesdosis beträgt 2 Kapseln zu einer Mahlzeit. Ein fester Zeitpunkt ist nicht erforderlich.

Wie lange kann man Brokkoli Extrakt einnehmen?

Der Extrakt eignet sich für eine längerfristige, regelmäßige Anwendung über mehrere Wochen und Monate und kann dauerhaft eingenommen werden.
