L-Arginin ist eine semi-essenzielle, basische Aminosäure. Sie ist Substrat der NO-Synthase und damit Ausgangsstoff für die körpereigene Bildung von Stickstoffmonoxid. Unsere Tagesdosis liefert 4.500 mg in freier Basenform.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen L-Arginin Base und HCl?

Beim Hydrochlorid entfallen rund 17 % des Gewichts auf den Chloridanteil. Bei gleicher Milligrammangabe liefert die freie Base also deutlich mehr reines Arginin. Wir verwenden ausschließlich die Basenform.

Wie wirkt L-Arginin?

Arginin ist Substrat der NO-Synthase und Bestandteil des Harnstoffzyklus. Als kationische Aminosäure wird es über spezifische, sättigbare Transportsysteme im Dünndarm aufgenommen.

Wann sollte man L-Arginin einnehmen?

Die Tagesdosis liegt bei 6 Kapseln. Da die Aufnahme über sättigbare Transporter erfolgt, ist eine Aufteilung auf zwei bis drei Gaben über den Tag sinnvoller als eine einzelne große Dosis.
