Aus Niacin (Vitamin B3), Nicotinamid, Nicotinamid-Ribosid und in geringerem Umfang aus Tryptophan. Der größte Teil stammt allerdings aus dem Salvage Pathway, einem Recyclingweg für verbrauchte Bausteine.

Was ist NADH?

NADH ist die reduzierte, elektronenbeladene Form des Coenzyms Nicotinamid-Adenin-Dinukleotid. Sie steht am Eingang der Atmungskette in den Mitochondrien.

Was ist der Unterschied zur 50-mg-Variante?

Diese Ausführung liefert mit 75 mg pro Kapsel unsere höchste Dosierung und enthält 150 Kapseln für rund fünf Monate. Die 50-mg-Variante ist mit 60 Kapseln der Einstieg.

Warum ist der deklarierte Gehalt bei NADH kritisch?
