Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), im Chinesischen 'Lingzhi', ist ein holziger Baumpilz aus der Familie der Ganodermataceae. Er ist kein Speisepilz und wird ausschließlich als Extrakt genutzt. Unsere Variante liefert 1.100 mg mit 30 % Polysacchariden.

Warum ist Reishi-Pulver kritisch zu sehen?

Reishi-Zellwände bestehen aus Chitin, das der menschliche Verdauungstrakt nicht aufschließen kann. Ohne Heißwasserextraktion bleiben die Polysaccharide in der Zellwand eingeschlossen - gemahlenes Pulver liefert sie daher nur begrenzt.

Was ist der Unterschied zur 40-%-Variante?

Diese Variante liefert 1.100 mg Extrakt mit 330 mg Polysacchariden in zwei Kapseln und reicht für drei Monate. Die 40-%-Variante liefert 2.100 mg mit 840 mg Polysacchariden in drei Kapseln - deutlich höher dosiert, dafür für zwei Monate.

Wann sollte man Reishi einnehmen?

Empfohlen sind 2 Kapseln zu einer Mahlzeit. In der traditionellen Anwendung wird Reishi häufig abends genommen.

Wie lange kann man Reishi einnehmen?

Üblich sind Anwendungsphasen von zwei bis drei Monaten - unsere Packung ist genau darauf ausgelegt. Ebenso ist eine längerfristige, regelmäßige Anwendung möglich.

Schmeckt Reishi bitter?

Der Fruchtkörper enthält bittere Triterpene, die Ganodersäuren. In Kapselform umgehen Sie den Geschmack vollständig - anders als bei Reishi-Tee oder -Pulver.

Sind die Inhaltsstoffe natürlich?

Ja. Polysaccharide und Triterpene stammen zu 100 % aus dem Fruchtkörper des Reishi und werden schonend extrahiert.

Kann man die Kapsel auch öffnen?

Ja, das ist problemlos möglich. Sie können die Kapsel öffnen und den Inhalt zum Beispiel in Wasser, Saft oder einen Joghurt geben, wenn Ihnen das Schlucken unangenehm ist.

Hat Reishi Nebenwirkungen?
